We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online store operations. This role focuses on driving sales growth, enhancing the online customer experience, and implementing digital marketing strategies across e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate combines analytical skills, digital marketing knowledge, and a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Management:
Manage and update product listings, content, and promotional materials on e-commerce platforms.
Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and inventory levels across all online channels.
Monitor platform performance and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Support:
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
Optimize campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and revenue.
Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and sales trends to provide actionable insights.
Prepare reports and recommendations for management to inform strategic decisions.
Collaboration & Process Improvement:
Work closely with logistics, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and platform enhancements.
Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital marketing.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
