We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online store operations. This role focuses on driving sales growth, enhancing the online customer experience, and implementing digital marketing strategies across e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate combines analytical skills, digital marketing knowledge, and a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-Commerce Management:
    • Manage and update product listings, content, and promotional materials on e-commerce platforms.
    • Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and inventory levels across all online channels.
    • Monitor platform performance and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Digital Marketing & Campaign Support:
    • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
    • Optimize campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
    • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and revenue.
    • Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and sales trends to provide actionable insights.
    • Prepare reports and recommendations for management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration & Process Improvement:
    • Work closely with logistics, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
    • Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and platform enhancements.
    • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
