Distribution Supervisor – Train, Optimize, and Analyze

What youll do:

• Lead and coordinate Distribution Center Team Members to meet production goals in a unionized environment using labor and inventory management systems.
• Maintain an active presence on the warehouse floor to coach performance, promote safety, and enforce company, labor, and regulatory policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments, stores, vendors, and Union representatives to ensure smooth operations and strong working relationships.
• Monitor performance through reporting tools, resolve issues proactively, escalate when necessary, and support special projects as assigned.

What you bring:

• Experience Desired: 3 - 5 years of supervisory experience
• Education Desired: Bachelors Degree
