Job Description
Job Summary:
Lead and execute digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, innovation, and technology adoption across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies to streamline internal processes and capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management and digital adoption.
- Oversee the lifecycle of digital projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Manage digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
- Facilitate governance frameworks for digital initiatives, including data integrity, cybersecurity, and IT compliance.
- Collaborate, monitor and evaluate the performance of digital systems and ERP platforms, recommending continuous improvements with the end-to-end implementation, integration, and optimization
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and IT standards during transformation initiatives.
- Analyze digital maturity and recommend improvements using data-driven insights.
- Establish KPIs and track performance of digital initiatives to ensure ROI and impact.
- Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Digital Innovation, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT within digital transformation roles, preferably in a technology driven organization.
