We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is responsible for supervising a team, managing day-to-day campaign operations, analyzing performance, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. The ideal candidate combines hands-on digital marketing expertise with leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution:
Supervise the creation, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, search, display, and paid advertising.
Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines, messaging, and business objectives.
Coordinate with content, design, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists or coordinators.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide feedback to ensure team performance and professional growth.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Analytics & Performance Management:
Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, ROI).
Identify areas for optimization and recommend data-driven improvements.
Present performance insights and campaign recommendations to senior management.
Strategy Support:
Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop and refine digital strategies.
Stay current with industry trends, digital tools, and emerging platforms.
Support the implementation of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
