Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager at IFZA, you will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing strategies across all of IFZA’s digital platforms.

  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and Chinese platforms.
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure digital content and visuals align with our marketing strategy, brand standards, and business objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends, insights, and community engagement practices.
  • Develop strategies for both acquisition and retention to drive measurable growth.
  • Identify conversion bottlenecks, conduct A/B tests, and enhance landing pages for improved CRO.
  • Maintain a structured testing roadmap to ensure ongoing performance improvements.
  • Manage GTM for tracking, remarketing, and conversion events.
  • Build reporting frameworks for regular analysis of paid & organic channels.
  • Design and refine performance marketing strategies aligned with industry best practices.
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and integrate innovative approaches.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of objectives and seamless data integration.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Guide and support the digital marketing team with coaching and professional development.



Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in performance marketing in B2B international markets (China and EU is preferred).
  • Full English proficiency, additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with web analytics and ad serving tools.
  • Strong digital marketing skills for both organic and paid channels.
  • Advanced skills in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Skilled at campaign optimization for performance marketing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with offline conversion tracking and CRM integration.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Commercial mindset with hands-on campaign execution capability.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to conduct A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Strong understanding of AIs impact on digital marketing.
  • Relevant qualifications in Digital Marketing or related fields are preferred.
