Delivery Driver

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious Delivery Driver to support our daily delivery and transportation operations.

The Delivery Driver will be responsible for collecting and delivering goods to customers and business locations safely and on time. The ideal candidate should have a valid UAE driving license, good knowledge of local roads, and a professional approach when dealing with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect goods from the warehouse or designated pickup locations.
  

• Deliver orders to customers accurately and within scheduled delivery times.
  

• Verify items, quantities, and delivery documents before leaving the warehouse.
  

• Load and unload goods carefully to prevent damage.
  

• Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery when required.
  

• Maintain accurate records of completed and pending deliveries.
  

• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
  

• Use navigation applications to identify efficient routes when required.
  

• Communicate with the logistics or operations team regarding delivery status.
  

• Contact customers professionally when coordination is required for delivery.
  

• Report delays, incorrect addresses, damaged goods, or other delivery issues promptly.
  

• Collect documents, returns, or payments when specifically authorized by the company.
  

• Keep delivery documents, receipts, and other records organized.
  

• Conduct basic vehicle checks before starting daily trips.
  

• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good working condition.
  

• Report vehicle faults, maintenance requirements, accidents, or damage immediately.
  

• Follow UAE traffic regulations and company driving and safety procedures.
  

• Ensure company goods and documents remain secure during transportation.
  

• Assist with warehouse or logistics activities when required.
  

• Perform other delivery-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
  

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license appropriate for the assigned company vehicle.
  

• Previous experience as a Delivery Driver, Company Driver, Courier Driver, or similar role is preferred.
  

• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and major areas is preferred.
  

• Familiarity with GPS and navigation applications.
  

• Safe and responsible driving record.
  

• Basic English communication skills.
  

• Ability to read addresses, delivery instructions, and basic documents.
  

• Good time-management and route-planning skills.
  

• Professional and polite attitude when dealing with customers.
  

• Physically able to load, unload, and carry goods associated with the position.
  

• Ability to work independently and follow delivery schedules.
  

• Flexible to work additional hours when operationally required.
