The role

We are hiring a Cybersecurity Analyst in Dubai to support customer security operations, investigate alerts, assist with incident response workflows, and help strengthen the way Vigilbase delivers security outcomes across the region.

What You Will Do

• Monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts and customer-relevant signals.
• Support incident response, escalation, and reporting workflows.
• Use Flarehawk and related security tools to improve visibility, reduce noise, and document findings.
• Prepare clear customer-facing and internal summaries of investigations and recommendations.
• Support Cloudflare/security configuration reviews and operational follow-up where needed.
• Contribute to playbooks, detection logic, analyst workflows, and 24/7 support handoffs.
  
  

• Experience in SOC, cybersecurity operations, incident response, IT security, or technical support.
• Understanding of common security alerts, logs, endpoint/network/cloud signals, and investigation workflows.
• Clear writing and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and escalate appropriately.
• Professional English and comfort working with distributed teams.
  
  

• Experience with SIEM, EDR, Cloudflare, cloud platforms, ticketing systems, or case management workflows.
• Relevant certifications such as Security+, CySA+, SC-200, AZ-500, CCNA, or equivalent practical experience.
• Arabic is a plus.
  
  

• Work on real customer security problems with direct impact.
• Help shape analyst workflows around Flarehawk and AI-native security operations.
• Join a lean team with room to grow into senior analyst, detection engineering, incident response, or customer security roles.
