Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Guide clients through onboarding and implementation of Uffizio’s software
  • Understand client business requirements and ensure successful system adoption.
  • Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients.
  • Collaborate with technical and support teams to resolve client queries and feature requests.
  • Monitor client usage, identify improvement opportunities, and proactively address issues.
  • Prepare reports and communicate updates or insights to clients.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization to enhance overall experience and satisfaction.
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support, preferably in telematics, fleet management, or SaaS industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to understand software platforms and explain them clearly to non-technical users.
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
