Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented Content Writer to create high-quality, education-led and brand-building content for MultiBank Group across digital channels. You’ll translate complex topics such as CFDs, forex, indices, commodities, metals, shares CFDs, and crypto CFDs, into clear, engaging content that aligns with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit long-form and mid-form content: blog articles, landing pages, web copy, platform/app explainers, newsletters, knowledge base content, and campaign supporting copy.
• Build educational content series (e.g., trading basics, market explainers, platform features) and translate complex CFD/derivatives topics into clear, compliant messaging.
• Create promotional and performance-focused copy across channels, including Meta ads, Google Search/Display ads, and short-form paid social messaging (multiple variants for A/B testing).
• Develop lifecycle messaging and journeys: email journeys, WhatsApp message journeys, push notifications, and SMS (onboarding, activation, reactivation, and retention).
• Support SEO: keyword alignment, on-page structure, meta titles/descriptions, internal linking, and content refreshes.
• Work with performance, product, design, and compliance teams to align content with funnel strategy (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) and ensure all claims are properly qualified by entity/jurisdiction.
• Track and optimize content based on performance data (CTR, time on page, conversions) and continuously improve copy using insights from campaigns and audience behavior.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5+ years of content writing experience (finance, brokerage, fintech, or trading preferred).
• Strong understanding of CFDs/leverage, margin, spreads, execution, and basic market structure.
• Ability to write clearly about complex topics without overpromising outcomes.
• Strong English writing/editing skills (Arabic or other languages a plus).
• Comfortable working with brand guidelines and compliance constraints.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content planning.
  
  

Important to have

• Experience writing for regulated financial services (multi-entity/jurisdiction environments).
• Knowledge of MT4/MT5, trading apps, social trading, and brokerage account types (Standard/Pro/ECN).
