We are looking for a Copywriter to join our growing Marketing team. We're looking for someone who can move effortlessly between a detailed investment guide and market report, while keeping every piece of content clear, credible and unmistakably haus & haus.

You'll work across the full range of our written content, from social and website copy to market reports, investment guides, brochures and campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Write engaging, on-brand copy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Facebook.
• Write website content, blogs, landing pages, listing descriptions and SEO-led evergreen content.
• Turn market data and research into clear, credible investment guides and market reports.
• Write copy for brochures, presentations, listing collateral and wider marketing materials.
• Maintain a consistent haus & haus tone of voice across every channel.
• Proofread and edit content from across the business where needed.
• Stay on top of Dubai real estate trends, regulations and investor sentiment to ensure content is accurate and relevant.
• Manage multiple briefs and deadlines through the content calendar, balancing quick-turnaround social content with longer-term projects.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years' experience as a copywriter or content writer, ideally within real estate, property or investment.
• Excellent written English, with the ability to write everything from punchy social copy to long-form reports.
• Strong understanding of brand voice and the ability to adapt tone across different channels.
• Working knowledge of SEO writing principles and keyword-led content.
• Confidence writing from data, research and market insights.
• Familiarity with Dubai real estate, including off-plan, secondary market, RERA/DLD terminology and investor considerations.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong proofreading and editing skills.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple briefs and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools is an advantage.
• A portfolio of previous writing work is required.
