This role sits within our fast-growing marketing team, a team that moves quickly, responds to market shifts and works closely across departments. No two days look the same. Ideas are shared openly, feedback is constant and there is real opportunity to grow, take ownership and help shape how the brand shows up. This role plays a key part in protecting and elevating the haus & haus voice. You will be supported through guidance, feedback and collaboration, while also being encouraged to contribute ideas, build confidence and develop your craft across multiple channels.


From refining existing content to creating new copy, this role supports brand alignment, clarity and consistency, while adapting to the pace of a dynamic business.


What Youll Do

  • Review and edit website content, including team bios, to ensure consistency and brand accuracy.
  • Write, edit and refine copy across a range of marketing touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand tone, messaging and standards.
  • Collaborate closely with graphic designers, digital marketers, social media teams and internal stakeholders to deliver clear, on-brand copy within tight timelines.
  • Develop blog content using supplied topics, skeleton structures and SEO keywords provided by our external agency, ensuring all output aligns with brand tone and messaging standards.
  • Write social media copy including captions, headlines and supporting text across Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Write paid advertising copy, including primary text, headlines and descriptions.
  • Support internal communications in collaboration with the wider comms and marketing team.
  • Write and refine property listing brochures for both standard and luxury properties, with a clear understanding of different audiences and price points.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve, update or streamline existing content to enhance clarity, accuracy and performance.
  • Support the upkeep and application of brand tone of voice and copy standards across marketing outputs.
  • Receive and apply feedback constructively, refining copy through review cycles while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.


What Youll Bring

  • 2-4 years experience in a copywriting or content role.
  • A Bachelors degree in a relevant field or demonstrable professional experience in copywriting or content creation.
  • Experience within real estate is preferred but not essential.
  • A strong understanding of tone of voice and the ability to adapt writing style across platforms and audiences.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment that can be reactive to market needs.
  • The ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
  • Strong collaboration skills and confidence contributing ideas across teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a clear, human writing style.
  • Excellent English writing skills, with the ability to adapt copy to British English.
