Mada Media is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Contract Specialist–with a strong legal background.

Reporting to the C&P Head, this role supports the execution of contracting activities, ensuring all revenue share and fixed rate revenue contract, , and contractual obligations are aligned with company policies, regulatory requirements, and UAE legal standards.

The role plays a key part in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, supporting auctions processes, and mitigating contractual and commercial risks.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to advertising revenue share contracts and fixed rate revenue contracts.
  • Follow up on contract requests (tenders/direct awards/renewals) on Contract Lifecycle Management software
  • Prepare contractual documents (Renewals/Letter of Acceptance/Contract/Addendums (Termination/Extension)
  • Issue warning letters and notifications to external parties
  • Support end-to-end processes including RFP preparation, auctions, bid evaluation, and contract award
  • Ensure all contracts comply with UAE laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworks
  • Review scope of work, contractual terms, and commercial conditions to identify risks and recommend mitigation actions
  • Assist in evaluating bids and raised cases from legal and commercial perspectives
  • Monitor contract performance, obligations, and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Support in managing contract variations, amendments, renewals, and terminations
  • Assist in reviewing contractual claims and disputes, including extensions, variations, and financial implications
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Commercial, Technical) to ensure alignment on contractual matters
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of contracts activities
  • Support preparation of reports, summaries, and documentation for management review
  • Assist in responding to internal and external audit queries related to contracts
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and DOA
  • Support investors onboarding, prequalification, and due diligence processes
  • Your Background
  • Strong understanding of contract law, and commercial terms
  • Ability to review and interpret legal documents with attention to detail
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to identify contractual risks and inconsistencies
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)
  • Organized, structured, and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Problem-solving mindset with practical approach to resolving issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or Law + Finance/Business-related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in contracting, or legal roles
  • Experience in contract drafting and review (commercial/contracts)
  • Exposure to auctions , RFPs, and vendor management processes
  • Knowledge of UAE legal framework related to contracts and commercial transactions
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
