Role Overview 

The Content Writer will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content that strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms. You will play a key role in driving organic traffic, supporting marketing campaigns, and delivering compelling narratives that resonate with audiences in the UAE and GCC region. This role involves end-to-end ownership of content planning, writing, editing, and performance tracking, ensuring every piece aligns with our brands voice and business objectives.  

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Write clear, compelling, and well-structured content (blogs, website pages, articles, product/service descriptions, social media posts, newsletters, etc.).  

2. Use SEO best practices — keyword research, content optimization — to improve organic traffic and visibility.  

3. Translate and localize English content into Arabic and Arabic content into English, ensuring cultural relevance and tone accuracy. 

4. Prepare and maintain a content calendar / schedule to ensure consistent content output across platforms.  

5. Proofread and edit content for grammar, style, clarity, tone, consistency (brand voice, font/style guidelines) before publishing.  

6. Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to produce multimedia / visually enhanced content (articles with graphics, social media visuals, videos) when required.  

7. Research industry-related topics or trends, gather information, and generate original, relevant content that resonates with target audiences.  

8. Monitor content performance (website traffic, social engagement, conversions if applicable), gather analytics, and iterate on content strategy accordingly.  

Who You Are 

You are a bilingual storyteller with strong command over both English and Arabic, capable of crafting clear, persuasive, and culturally relevant content. You can adapt your writing style for multiple platforms — blogs, websites, social media, product content, and marketing campaigns. You are detail-oriented, curious, and proactive, with a passion for writing content that informs, inspires, and drives engagement. 

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate well with multidisciplinary teams, and have the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling messages. Most importantly, you care about accuracy, originality, and producing content that creates a measurable impact. 

Nice to Have: 

1. Fluency in both English and Arabic (Arabic proficiency is mandatory). 

2. Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role. 

3. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both languages. 

4. Ability to adapt writing style to suit different platforms and audiences. 

5. Knowledge of SEO, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices. 

6. Excellent research and communication skills. 

7. Bachelors degree in journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field. 

8. Experience in the UAE market is a plus.
