Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and camera-confident In-house Influencer/Content Creator to become one of the key faces of our brand across social media platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is young in mindset, highly presentable, confident on camera, and able to create engaging short-form video content for audiences in the MENA region. The candidate should be fluent in both English and Arabic, with the ability to independently develop content ideas, write scripts, appear in videos, and support the daily operation of social media channels.

A basic understanding of financial markets, trading, investment, or fintech is highly preferred.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Strong on-camera presence with a professional, confident, and well-presented image.
• Comfortable speaking in front of the camera and presenting content naturally.
• Able to independently write content scripts in English and Arabic.
• Basic understanding of investment markets, trading, financial products, or fintech.
• Strong sense of social media trends, especially short-form video content.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Creative, proactive, and able to generate content ideas regularly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Act as an in-house brand face and appear regularly in social media videos, campaign content, event content, and educational videos.
• Create engaging short-form video ideas for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social channels.
• Write simple, clear, and engaging scripts in English and Arabic based on brand direction, campaign needs, market topics, and educational themes.
• Support the full content creation process, including ideation, scripting, filming, presenting, basic editing coordination, and posting support.
• Translate complex financial or market-related topics into easy-to-understand content for general audiences.
• Work closely with the marketing, design, video, social media, and compliance teams to ensure all content is accurate, brand-aligned, and compliant.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor content, influencer formats, and local market content styles to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Support on-site content creation during events, expos, client activities, office shoots, and brand campaigns.
• Help manage and improve social media engagement through creative content ideas and audience-friendly communication.
