Overview

We’re looking for a Content Creator who can concept, shoot, and edit their own social-first content from start to finish. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands what performs on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube—and knows how to bring ideas to life quickly and effectively.

You’ll own the full content process: from ideation to filming to final edit, delivering platform-ready content that is engaging, on-trend, and on-brand.

Responsibilities

Ideate & Concept

• Generate original, platform-native content ideas aligned with brand goals
• Stay on top of trends and translate them into relevant, ownable concepts
• Pitch concepts and iterate quickly based on feedback
  
  

Shoot Content

• Capture video content independently (primarily mobile-first)
• Frame, light, and compose shots with a strong eye for quality and authenticity
• Manage quick-turn production needs with minimal oversight
  
  

Edit & Deliver

• Edit short-form video content optimized for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
• Add captions, graphics, music, and effects to enhance engagement
• Deliver polished, platform-ready assets on tight timelines
  
  

Optimize for Performance

• Apply best practices for hooks, pacing, and retention
• Create variations of content for testing and optimization
• Use performance insights to refine future content
  
  

Collaborate

• Partner with creative and strategy teams to align on direction
• Incorporate feedback quickly while maintaining creative quality
  
  

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience creating content for social platforms (brand, freelance, or personal channels)
• Proven ability to ideate, shoot, and edit content independently
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Proficiency with mobile and/or desktop editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Strong instincts for storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement
• Self-starter who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working autonomously
  
  

Schedule

• Flexible, 20 hours per week
• Schedule to be determined by Supervisor
  
  

Compensation

• $40-$42 per hour
