Content Creator (Internal – Luna PR)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Creator who truly understands how social media works today-not last year. This role is for someone who is hands-on, trend-aware, and algorithm-literate, and who actively creates content on their own social media channels. You should understand the reality of building reach, testing formats, and staying relevant because you’ve done it yourself.

You’ll work closely with our social media team and directly with the CEO to shape, create, and execute content across Luna PR’s internal channels, while also supporting the CEO’s personal brand presence.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Execution

• Create your own Reels, short-form videos, and social content (primarily Instagram, with TikTok/X where relevant).
• Film, edit, and publish content that reflects current trends, platform behavior, and brand tone.
• Be fully hands-on, this is a creator role, not just ideation or briefing.

Trend & Algorithm Awareness

• Stay constantly up to date with social media trends, formats, sounds, hooks, and platform changes.
• Know what’s trending now versus what’s already saturated or no longer performing.
• Apply algorithm knowledge (retention, hooks, saves, shares) to content creation and strategy.

Strategy & Ideation

• Help develop and evolve the content strategy for Luna PR and the CEO’s social presence.
• Pitch ideas rooted in trends, culture, and performance insights.
• Work alongside the social media team to align content with brand and business goals.

Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager(s), designers, and videographers.
• Work directly with the CEO on filming, storytelling, and content direction.
• Contribute ideas that elevate both Luna PR’s brand and founder-led content.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience creating content for your own social media accounts (portfolio and handles required).
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms and short-form performance.
• Comfortable filming, editing, and publishing content independently.
• Naturally plugged into internet culture and trend cycles.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
• Bonus: Experience in PR, tech, Web3, or founder-led brands.
