Construction Manager

Role Purpose

To oversee, coordinate, and manage all on-site Infrastructure construction activities and ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Construction Manager serves as the key point of contact for subcontractors, site staff, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of construction works.

Key Accountabilities

·       Manage daily site operations for roads, utilities, and infrastructure works.

·       Ensure compliance with IFC drawings, method statements, and project specifications.

·       Track progress against schedule and report issues promptly.

·       Conduct regular site inspections and close out HSSE observations.

·       Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.

·       Supervise subcontractor performance and ensure contractual compliance.

·       Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure works meet specifications and authority requirements.

·       Support inspections, testing, and timely closure of NCRs.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of GCC infrastructure construction experience
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and industry standards.
• Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Solid knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
