Launched in 2021 we have grown rapidly, leveraging decades of experience in technology, financial services and global real estate, to launch the MENA region’s first mobile app for fractional real estate investing.

The Leadership Team

At the helm of our startup is a dynamic leadership team. Each member brings a unique blend of expertise and passion, from strategic masterminds to creative trailblazers.

We are looking for a COO who will own and scale Stake’s end-to-end operating platform, driving operational excellence across all properties and business lines. This is a highly strategic execution role. The COO will act as the central integrator of the business, ensuring seamless coordination across departments, translating strategy into actionable delivery, and ensuring that new products, verticals, and jurisdictions are operationally ready before launch.


🚀What you’ll do:

Reporting directly to the Co-Founders, the COO will be a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for building high-performing operational teams, establishing scalable systems and governance, and embedding the processes, controls, and culture necessary for sustainable, multi-jurisdictional growth. This role combines hands-on operational oversight with strategic influence, bridging the gap between vision and day-to-day execution while driving efficiency, performance, and investor trust.


Operational Leadership & Executive Ownership

  • Own the full property lifecycle from acquisition to exit across all investment structures
  • Oversee and integrate our Business Operations, Property Management, Transactions, and Fix N’ Flip functions in the UAE
  • Define and evolve the organisational structure to support scale, multi-vertical growth, and operational efficiency
  • Set execution standards, service levels, and operational performance benchmarks across all teams
  • Drive transaction efficiency while maintaining strong governance, financial controls, and risk management standards
  • Act as the final escalation point for material operational, transactional, or delivery risks
  • Maintain high levels of investor trust through operational reliability and transparency

Cross-Functional Strategy Execution

  • Lead company-wide initiatives requiring coordination across Operations, Finance, Compliance, Sales, Product and Marketing
  • Translate strategic priorities into structured operational roadmaps with clear ownership and accountability across departments
  • Ensure operational readiness for new verticals, product launches, regulatory implementations, and geographic expansion

Systems, Data & Scalability

  • Institutionalise scalable systems, automation, and reporting frameworks
  • Ensure data integrity and a single source of truth across transactions, portfolio performance, and investor operations
  • Define clear operational KPIs with executive-level visibility
  • Leverage operational data to generate actionable insights for decision-making and portfolio optimisation
  • Drive adoption of new systems and processes across teams, embedding best practices and ensuring operational consistency

Risk, Governance & Controls

  • Embed strong internal controls across transaction flows, asset management, and capital deployment
  • Maintain operational integrity across regulated and multi-jurisdiction environments
  • Develop proactive risk monitoring frameworks to identify operational, transactional, and vendor risks early
  • Lead incident management and business continuity planning to minimise operational disruption
  • Ensure auditability and regulatory alignment across operational processes

Leadership & Organisational Development

  • Build and lead high-performing operational teams
  • Implement clear accountability frameworks and performance metrics
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, operational discipline and continuous improvement across teams
  • Lead organisational change initiatives that embed scalability, adaptability, and a growth mindset
  • Translate strategic priorities into team-level objectives to ensure clarity, accountability, and execution focus


👀 What we’re looking for:

  • 10-15+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional operations within a high-growth, regulated environment. Experience may include top-tier consulting, corporate strategy, and ideally senior operating roles in scaling startups
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions and asset lifecycle management is beneficial
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-team operational environments at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate strategy into operational execution
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Systems-oriented, data-driven operator who leverages analytics to optimise operational performance
  • Proven track record leading operational transformation and scaling processes
