Role Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic Campaign Manager to lead strategic marketing and communications campaigns that elevate Richmond’s brand, drive growth, and foster meaningful engagement with both local and international high-net-worth investors. You will directly impact lead generation, performance marketing, and sales enablement across our active and upcoming real estate projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital (social media, email, PPC), print, events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with sales, and senior leadership to align messaging and maximize impact.
  • Lead property launch campaigns—especially for ultra-luxury, off-plan, and smart-tech-enabled homes.
  • Manage timeline, budgets, vendor relationships (design, media, production), ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM dashboards), producing actionable insights and ROI reporting.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging, branding, and tone across all channels.
  • Stay ahead of local and global real estate marketing trends—especially around smart homes, new infrastructure (e.g., Blue Line Metro), and investor behaviors.


Your Profile:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Conversion & Lead Gen objectives)
  • Solid background in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaign strategy & management
  • Good understanding of performance funnels, UTM tracking, and retargeting systems
  • Prior experience in CRM systems, lead automation, and WhatsApp/Email nurturing tools
  • Ability to manage campaign budgets, perform A/B testing, and optimize for Cost per Lead (CPL)
  • Domain experience in real estate, especially in Dubai, is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with GA4, Hubspot, Zapier, Meta Pixel & Conversion API, and campaign reporting dashboards
