The work

IQM is growing fast, and our business solutions have grown fast too, often one function at a time. This new role is planned to bring structure, clarity, and flow across our whole enterprise application landscape, so processes and data move smoothly between teams as we scale. As we grow, we want to get ahead of our business solutions landscape early, so we can boost efficiency before complexity kicks in. The scope may look broad on paper, but we are still at a stage where this is very manageable. What matters most is a practical mindset, broad experience, and the flexibility to build as we go.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Build an overview of our current systems landscape, what each system is used for, and the current status of integrations and data flows
• Lead solutions strategy and planning to improve visibility and efficiency across company processes
• Contribute to and participate in developing a pragmatic collaboration model between IT and the business, including demand capture, prioritisation, and governance
• Build and lead a cross functional Key-User network and keep it active, so real user needs are understood and adoption improves
• Define and improve data architecture and interfacing principles, including master data management and handover integrity
• Manage the lifecycle of business solutions and enhancements from idea to rollout, including coordination of internal resources, vendors, and consultants
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in a similar role managing enterprise business solutions and process improvement across multiple functions
• Proven ability to build roadmaps and governance models for enterprise solutions in a scaling organization
• Strong understanding of end to end processes and how data should move across systems, including master data management concepts
• Experience translating business needs into clear priorities, practical solution options, and structured delivery plans
• Confidence working with many stakeholders, building networks, and driving alignment without heavy hierarchy
• Comfort working with ambiguity, taking ownership, and teaching others what good looks like in enterprise business solution management
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP environments such as Oracle NetSuite
• Experience with manufacturing environments and especially Manufacturing Execution Systems
• Understanding of procurement, production, and supply chain processes in addition to finance related processes
