Tashas Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Brand Manager to take the lead on three of our most distinct and globally admired concepts: Bungalo34, Avli by tashas, Galaxy Bar, and, Ouzeri, which will enter the UAE market in 2026. With each brand rooted in timeless design, authenticity and warmth, your role is to elevate them through thoughtful, engaging and performance-led marketing.
You will be central to the strategy and rollout of growth campaigns planned for 2025 across the UAE, Bahrain and future markets as well as new venue launches when they are scheduled.
Your Mission
You will bring creativity, commercial acumen and an instinct for luxury hospitality marketing to everything you do. Reporting to the Group Brand Director, you’ll oversee the full marketing mix – from brand strategy to social media, from events to digital activations – working collaboratively with internal teams, creative agencies and PR partners. You will also be responsible for driving footfall, building brand awareness, and supporting sales growth across all four concepts – ensuring marketing efforts are strategically aligned to contribute to business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Ownership
Develop and implement annual brand plans per concept, aligned with Tashas Group’s values of beautiful food, stunning environments and inspired hospitality.
Ensure a consistent and elevated brand presence across all channels and customer touchpoints, with a focus on delivering measurable impact in brand awareness, footfall and revenue growth.
Gaining an in-depth understanding of what each brand is (concept, USP, market positioning), how it’s works/operates, what its offering is - menus, who are the key players (team), how is it used - day parts/events/drinks/wine program, past annual activations/celebratory key dates, capacity seated/standing/bar, designer, art work installations and past collaborations.
Creative Campaigns & Development
Lead the development of 360° campaigns in collaboration with AM Studio and external creative agencies – from overarching campaigns to seasonal launches and new openings to evergreen brand awareness.
Write briefs, manage timelines, review creative output and ensure brand consistency and storytelling integrity.
Oversee creative production for marketing collateral, events and activations as well as digital assets.
Events & Launches
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to execute brand events, influencer previews, and openings that are on-brand and commercially effective.
Assure that the events are well attended and on brand.
Ensure campaigns are integrated across PR, digital, CRM and social.
PR, Influencers & Media
Manage agency relationships for PR and media strategy execution.
Brief agencies with upcoming brand priorities and events, review content calendars and sign-off media materials and press releases.
Guide influencer engagement and collaborations that feel organic and relevant to each brand’s ethos.
Digital & Social Media
Collaborate on the content strategy for each brand across digital platforms - ensuring editorial voice, imagery and tone are aligned with concept identity.
Oversee paid media campaigns, newsletters, SEO and site content in collaboration with internal team and specialists.
Regularly review performance metrics and adjust strategies to drive engagement and footfall.
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate daily with Operations, Culinary, Guest Experience, Retail and Design teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across the full brand ecosystem.
Act as a brand champion internally and externally - inspiring, guiding and upholding each brand’s integrity.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Campaigns are multi-channel, insight-driven and creatively distinct, delivering measurable uplift in footfall and revenue.
Events are strategically aligned, well planned, well attended and beautifully executed as well as generate a clear commercial and brand impact.
All content published is brand-aligned, approved through the correct process, and reflects our values and standards.
Campaigns and events are proactively planned on a rolling 3–6-month basis, with flexibility to accommodate strategic opportunities as directed by Exco or the Brand Director.
Marketing closely supports operational teams, addressing performance opportunities and collaborating seamlessly with styling, creative, culinary, beverage and guest experience.
Brand awareness and share of voice increase across platforms and markets, with messaging consistently highlighting our pillars: quality, authenticity, handcrafted details, and food made fresh to order.
The Brand Manager champions brand storytelling across all channels – from campaigns and social to PR – so that customers clearly understand and connect with what makes us special.
External agency output is on-brand, high quality, delivered on time and commercially effective. The Brand Manager ensures strong partnerships and clear accountability across PR, creative and branding teams.
Social and digital performance is measured through engagement, reach, CTR and ROI, with regular reporting and optimisation.
All marketing activity remains within budget, with cost-effective execution and post-campaign performance reviews.
The Brand Manager contributes to innovation and growth through new initiatives, storytelling formats, and brand-building collaborations.
Strong cross-functional relationships are maintained and internal collaboration is proactive, solutions-focused and inspiring.
Experience & Skills
7–10 years’ experience in marketing or brand management, ideally within luxury hospitality, fashion, beauty or lifestyle sectors.
Experience managing creative agency relationships from briefing to production.
Strong background in campaign management, event planning, and digital marketing.
Understanding of regional markets, especially UAE and GCC.
Passion for quality, design and creating emotionally resonant brand experiences.
Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
Experience in spearheading both launching a new brand and helping an existing brand turn-around its performance.
