Role Summary:

Looking for a commercially savvy Brand Manager with proven FMCG experience capable of owning brand strategy & executing impactful, insight-led local campaigns & activations. This role goes beyond high-level strategy, someone who can roll up their sleeves and bring campaigns to life across channels & touchpoints that drive sustainable brand consumption & sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Localize & execute global strategies to suit market needs (claims, assets); ensure strategic alignment while tailoring to local consumer behaviour
  • Assist with end-to-end campaign management from concept creation with agencies to execution including ATL & BTL assets, media plans, in-store coordination with Shopper Marketing team, influencer activations & on-ground event
  • Work closely with media & creative agencies, trade & expert marketing teams to deliver cohesive 360 brand experience for activations
  • Support Marketing Manager with new product launches & actively contributing in joint planning sessions; collaborate cross-functionally with sales, regulatory and supply chain to ensure seamless execution
  • Lead artwork process and changes for innovation.
  • Assist Marketing Manager in developing annual brand plans. Output clear local activation calendars to be deployed to attain growth priorities in sales and shares.
  • Leverage Nielsen/IQVIA and internal data to derive actionable insights about market, competitors & consumer behaviour – monitor & report brand performance & share insights with internal stakeholders
  • Accountable for accelerated share, sales and profit growth for assigned brand portfolio; own brand P&L, track KPIs and optimize marketing ROI
  • Ensure the Brand Heart is brought to life and consistently activated across all touch points to build long term brand equity - responsible for tracking brand equities and recommending remedial action
  • Model Haleon values & behaviours and compliance with all Haleon codes of practice


Basic Qualifications

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Economics or related field. Position requires knowledge of business/marketing fundamentals
  • 3-4 years’ experience in brand management ideally with FMCG or consumer healthcare
  • Proven track record in campaign execution & brand activations
  • Demonstrated experience in working with Nielsen/IQVIA or syndicated data tools
  • Strong project management & stakeholder engagement skills
  • Hands-on experience with digital & omnichannel campaigns
  • Fluency in English; strong communication skills


Preferred:

  • UAE based experience
  • Arabic is a plus
  • Working with or adapting regional/global brand guidelines to local market needs
