The Designer is responsible for shaping and executing visual work across, branding projects, social media accounts, proposals, and internal initiatives. This role combines strong design execution with conceptual thinking, creative contribution, and visual problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
Branding Projects
Lead branding and rebranding projects (lead strategy, creative direction, logo creation, implementation and guidelines) across different brands, from client workshops through to final delivery.
Contribute to brand thinking through idea development, design direction, and visual execution.
Design brand assets across key touchpoints while maintaining consistency.
Social Media Design
Design social media assets that support content strategies
Develop cohesive layouts and grids for brand accounts.
Apply brand guidelines accurately across all visual touchpoints.
Proposals & Presentations
Contribute creative ideas and visual approaches during the development of proposal decks and pitches.
Translate strategies and concepts into clear, persuasive visual presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine proposals and strengthen how ideas are communicated to clients.
Projects
Own all internal design-related projects for the agency.
Develop mockups, presentations, visual assets, and materials that reflect and strengthen the brand identity.
Support the consistency and evolution of the Bukhash Brothers visual language across internal and external touchpoints.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to clarify briefs and align on expectations.
Respond promptly to feedback and follow through until delivery is complete.
Support smooth workflows through clear communication and reliability.
File Management & Delivery
Follow established file naming conventions and folder structures across all platforms.
Ensure all editable files and final exports are saved in shared locations.
Maintain organized files that are accessible and easy for the team to use.
