We are seeking a highly experienced Blockchain, Crypto & Digital Assets professional with 10+ years of experience to lead strategy, product development, business transformation, and execution across blockchain, cryptocurrency, tokenization, and digital asset ecosystems.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will combine strong knowledge of blockchain technology, digital asset markets, financial services, product strategy, regulatory considerations, and emerging Web3 use cases. The role requires the ability to translate complex blockchain concepts into commercially viable solutions and work effectively with senior stakeholders, technology teams, financial institutions, regulators, and ecosystem partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute blockchain and digital asset strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead initiatives involving cryptocurrencies, tokenized assets, stablecoins, CBDCs, digital securities, custody, wallets, exchanges, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Identify and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, platforms, and market opportunities.
• Develop business cases, operating models, product strategies, and implementation roadmaps for digital asset initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, technology, engineering, risk, compliance, legal, operations, and business functions.
• Drive blockchain-based product development from concept and MVP through launch and scale.
• Evaluate blockchain architectures, smart-contract platforms, consensus mechanisms, wallets, custody solutions, and tokenization frameworks.
• Partner with financial institutions, fintechs, blockchain platforms, technology providers, and digital asset ecosystem participants.
• Assess opportunities for asset tokenization, payments, settlement, cross-border transactions, digital identity, and blockchain-based financial infrastructure.
• Monitor cryptocurrency and digital asset market developments, competitive trends, technology evolution, and regulatory changes.
• Establish appropriate governance, risk-management, controls, and compliance frameworks for digital asset initiatives.
• Present strategic recommendations, investment cases, and transformation roadmaps to C-level executives and senior leadership.
• Manage large-scale transformation programs, budgets, vendors, delivery milestones, and executive-level stakeholder relationships.
• Mentor senior professionals and build high-performing blockchain and digital asset teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications in Blockchain, Digital Assets, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Finance, Risk, or Project Management are preferred.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience across blockchain, financial services, fintech, technology, consulting, digital transformation, or related domains.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, enterprise-scale technology or digital asset programs.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
• Excellent understanding of financial markets and digital asset business models.
• Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to business executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong program, product, stakeholder, and vendor management capabilities.
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a rapidly changing regulatory and technology environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with institutional adoption of digital assets.
• Experience with tokenization or RWA initiatives.
• Experience in banking, capital markets, payments, asset management, fintech, or consulting.
• Experience developing blockchain products or digital asset platforms.
• Experience working with regulators, auditors, legal teams, risk functions, and compliance teams.
• Understanding of AML/KYC, sanctions, transaction monitoring, and digital asset regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise technology architecture.
• Familiarity with programming concepts and technologies such as Solidity, Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), APIs, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and blockchain nodes is advantageous.
