Job Description

• Welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
• Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Arrange transportation or taxi services for guests when required.
• Deliver guest messages, parcels, and other items promptly.
• Handle guest belongings with the highest level of care and confidentiality.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional service that reflects the hotel's luxury hospitality standards.
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry luggage.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
