Job Description

• Guest Assistance: Help guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Escort: Accompany guests to their rooms, explain room features and amenities.
• Delivery: Handle guest requests for deliveries, messages, or special items.
• Lobby Presence: Maintain an attentive presence in the lobby to assist guests.
• Valet Support: Provide support to valet services as needed.
  
  

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Physical fitness for lifting and moving luggage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
