Automotive Parts Sales Manager

This role is for a highly motivated Sales Manager in the automotive spare parts industry, focused on Hyundai and KIA vehicles and other Korean car brands. The primary responsibility is to grow the spare parts business by managing existing customer relationships, developing new accounts, and ensuring workshops, garages, and retail clients receive the correct parts quickly and reliably. The role involves handling the full sales cycle and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.

• Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up, close deals, and manage repeat business.

• Work with B2B and B2C clients across the UAE and potentially other markets.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship building.

• Identify exact spare parts for Hyundai, KIA, and other Korean vehicles across different models, generations, and year ranges.

• Use VIN numbers, chassis numbers, and catalog systems to ensure correct part selection.

• Recommend suitable engine, transmission, body, electrical, and chassis components with accuracy.

• Ensure correct pricing and error-free part identification at all stages.

• Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams.

• Ensure orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition.

• Manage multiple enquiries simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in automotive spare parts sales.

• Strong familiarity with Hyundai and KIA vehicles, including model variations and year ranges.

• Strong product knowledge and technical understanding of Korean auto spare parts.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to explain technical details clearly to customers.

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure.

• Team-oriented approach and strong coordination skills.
