Operational Management

  • Supervise daily operations of all assigned outlets to ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies.
  • Monitor store performance (sales, costs, quality, hygiene, and service).
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure operational consistency and excellence.
  • Ensure all outlets meet health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Financial Performance

  • Review and analyze store P&L performance, sales reports, and cost control metrics.
  • Identify underperforming outlets and develop corrective action plans.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic initiatives and promotions.

People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate Store Managers and their teams.
  • Ensure proper staffing, training, and succession planning.
  • Conduct performance reviews and address disciplinary issues when needed.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure a high standard of customer service across all outlets.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor online reviews and feedback to improve guest satisfaction.

Brand & Quality Compliance

  • Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team for local store promotions and events.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and food presentation standards.
