Architectural Draftsman

An Architectural Draftsman plays a critical role in the design and construction industry by creating detailed technical drawings and plans used for the building of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This position requires proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, as well as a deep understanding of architectural principles and building codes. As an Architectural Draftsman, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to translate design concepts into detailed, workable plans. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Associate degree or certification in architectural drafting or related field.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in drafting and design work.
• Ability to read and interpret complex architectural plans and specifications.
