Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Infor ERP implementation projects for the heavy equipment business.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and issue resolution frameworks.
Ensure process mapping, business requirements documentation, gap analysis, and configuration decisions are properly conducted and validated.
Collaborate with business leaders from departments such as sales, service, parts, inventory, logistics, and finance to understand functional needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs and contractual obligations.
Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership through dashboards, reports, and steering committee meetings.
Ensure post-go-live support and stabilization of ERP systems and continuous process improvement.
Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills
Education & Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
Minimum 8–10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 3–5 years in the heavy equipment or B2B industrial sector.
Hands-on experience in implementing Infor ERP (e.g., Infor M3, Infor CloudSuite Equipment) or similar ERP platforms.
Strong understanding of business processes in equipment distribution, service, maintenance, rental management, and aftermarket parts.
Proven experience in managing third-party vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Familiarity with data migration, system integrations, and legacy system transitions.
Preferred Skills
Experience in digital transformation projects in the equipment sector.
Knowledge of IoT, telematics, asset tracking, or integration with field service systems.
Understanding of compliance standards, data privacy, and cybersecurity considerations in ERP projects.
Ability to manage multi-country or multi-business-unit deployments.
