Overview

This is a 12-month secondment to Mastercard that aims to educate, inspire personal growth, and build professional confidence for the secondee. This role will rotate across the different functions across Market development for the secondee to gain critical experience and exposure across all areas.

Role: 

Partner cooperatively in a team environment to support evolution of a wide array of programs across Mastercard business.

Assist in analysing and interpreting user data, consider context and bias in data, and makes a point to highlight data issues / inconsistencies. 

Seeks to learn drivers of product stakeholder priorities/preferences and how to bring new insights to own team.

Perform project management duties, creating and documenting processes, developing timelines, and beyond.

Communicate across key stakeholders to implement action plans to support the business.

Perform desktop research to identify regional or global trends and develop key performance metrics and reporting.

Assist with ad hoc requests, participate in special projects as required, and provide cross-functional support as needed.
