About the Role

Nexage Global is looking for a dynamic, highly organized Female Professional to join our team in Dubai as a Global Recruitment, Mobility & Digital Growth Lead. In this versatile role, you will lead candidate counseling, manage deployment documentation for overseas job applicants, and drive our digital recruitment and social media marketing presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Counseling & Support: Conduct counseling sessions for overseas job seekers, evaluate qualifications, align skills with active job vacancies, and guide applicants through pre-departure orientation.

• Deployment & Visa Documentation: Manage candidate file verification, degree/trade attestations, medical (GAMCA) reports, police clearance certificates, visa processing, and travel/emigration logistics for smooth international deployment.

• Digital Media & Brand Growth: Create and post engaging recruitment graphics, social media updates (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), and vacancy banners using tools like Canva to attract applicants and grow brand visibility.

• Lead Generation & Communications: Respond to online inquiries, convert social media interactions into registered applicant leads, and maintain precise digital recruitment logs.

Mandatory Hiring Requirements

• Gender: Female candidates only.

• Visa Status: Must currently hold a valid Self-Sponsored / Freelance Residency Visa in the UAE.

• NOC: Must be able to provide an official No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your current visa sponsor.

• Contract Structure: Contractual arrangement compliant with UAE Labor Laws (MOHRE temporary/freelance permit guidelines).

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in overseas recruitment counseling, student/immigration visa support, or recruitment operations.

• Tech-savvy with strong hands-on expertise in graphic design tools (Canva), social media marketing platforms, and MS Office/CRM databases.

• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional language skills are an added advantage.

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
