This was followed by our entry into Brazil, progressing from a pilot in Santos and São Vicente to an official launch in São Paulo, with more destinations ahead.

What Youll Do

• Develop 3PL partners and expand the number of partners and riders based on delivery demand in each city. 2. Enhance partners’ operational capabilities through training and communication to ensure better understanding of our company policies and strategies. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with all 3PL partners across the country. 4. Ensure 100% compliance of 3PL partners and their riders with company policies and standards. 5. Collaborate closely with product teams to optimize processes and tools used by 3PL partners. 6. Work with the operations team to design and manage incentive and penalty programs for 3PL partners, aiming to achieve business objectives such as hiring targets and improved user experience. 7. Take ownership of assigned partners and regions to achieve goals related to rider recruitment, operations, management, and user satisfaction. 8. Manage the exit process for underperforming partners who do not meet company requirements. 9. Complete other tasks assigned by the manager within the department.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in rider growth and partner management. 2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong partner relationships. 3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset. 4. In-depth knowledge of the rider and 3PL market trends and best practices. 5. Fluent English is required; proficiency in Arabic and/or Urdu is preferred.
