Key Responsibilities

● Develop 3D concepts and renderings for events, activations, pop-ups, installations, and branded environments

● Translate creative ideas, references, and briefs into spatial design proposals

● Produce high-quality visualizations for client presentations and internal development

● Support experience design through layouts, scenography, material references, and environmental detailing

● Collaborate with graphic designers and creative leads to ensure visual cohesion across the full project

● Adapt designs based on client feedback, production input, and budget realities

● Work on mock-ups for staging, furniture, signage, display, and spatial interventions

● Support pitch work and concept development with quick visual outputs where required

● Coordinate with production teams when needed to ensure design intent is maintained

Software Requirements

● Strong proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender

● SketchUp

● 3ds Max is a plus

● Rhino is a plus

● Rendering tools such as V-Ray, Octane, or Corona Renderer

● Supporting software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign

● AutoCAD is a plus

● Unreal Engine or real-time visualization tools are a plus

Profile

● 3–6+ years of experience in 3D design, spatial design, event design, scenography, or experiential environments

● Strong portfolio showcasing spatial concepts, renderings, and immersive environments

● Ability to think both creatively and practically

● Strong understanding of materials, scale, flow, and guest experience within physical space

● Experience in luxury, hospitality, retail, culture, or live experience design is highly valuable

● Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

● GCC experience is a plus
