3D Designer

This role involves creating highly realistic 3D models and renderings of a property, including both still images and videos, to showcase the venue in the most visually impactful way. The project requires exceptional attention to detail, photorealistic output, and the ability to accurately capture the architectural and environmental features of the property. Work will be carried out remotely, with the expectation to begin as soon as possible. Prior experience with architectural visualization projects is highly valued.

Requirements

• Proven experience in 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering
• Strong portfolio of architectural visualization projects
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, or similar
• Skilled in rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or Unreal Engine
• Ability to produce both still images and high-quality video walkthroughs
• Strong attention to detail for realistic textures, lighting, and materials
• Excellent communication skills for clarifying requirements and feedback
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while working remotely
