3D Designer (225-1010)

We are seeking a creative and skilled 3D Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to turn vision into reality using advanced 3D design software and techniques. As a 3D Designer, you will work closely with our clients, project managers, and other designers to create visually stunning and functional designs that meet our high standards of quality. You will be responsible for designing and modeling a variety of projects including, but not limited to, architectural designs, product prototypes, and marketing materials. This role requires a balance of artistic flair and technical expertise, with the ability to adhere to project deadlines and specific client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and project objectives.
• Create detailed 3D models for architectural, product, and marketing use.
• Develop and present design concepts through sketches, mockups, and renderings.
• Work with project managers to ensure designs are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Stay updated with the latest design tools and software advancements in 3D modeling.
• Incorporate client feedback and make iterative adjustments to designs as needed.
• Communicate design ideas effectively through visual presentations and reports.
• Support team members by sharing knowledge and expertise in 3D design techniques.
• Maintain organized documentation of design process and project development materials.
• Ensure compliance with company design standards and client brand guidelines.
• Use creativity and innovation to solve design challenges and enhance visual appeal.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and prioritize upcoming tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in 3D design or related role.
• Proficiency in 3D design software such as AutoCAD, Blender, or 3ds Max.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous 3D design work and creative projects.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
