We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer to join our dynamic design team. Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations for various projects and applications.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop and iterate on design concepts.
• Translate 2D sketches and ideas into fully detailed 3D renderings with precision.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative and creative design solutions.
• Utilize industry-standard 3D software to produce models, textures, and lighting effects.
• Ensure all 3D designs align with company standards and project specifications.
• Work with clients to understand their design requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, tools, and technology advancements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and quality standards.
• Prepare accurate design presentations and detailed project documentation for internal use.
• Provide support and guidance to junior designers and team members as needed.
• Ensure all final models are optimized for production and various platform requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a 3D Designer in a professional setting.
• Proficient in 3D modeling software such as Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional 3D design skills and creative projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial relationships.
