About The UAE HR Leadership Programme

Our Dubai Leadership Programme offers a distinct one‑year pathway within one of our Business Service departments (HR, Finance or BD & Marketing) and is designed to give you meaningful insight into how our firm operates and how our teams support our work across the UAE. If you’re drawn to the operational functions that power a leading firm, this programme provides the structure, flexibility and exposure you need to explore your strengths and understand where you can make an impact.

The programme

You’ll begin with a comprehensive induction & training before progressing into hands‑on experience within our HR team.

You'll gain an insight into how the HR team collaborates with the business to support the firm’s strategic and day‑to‑day needs. You will also meet our people, observe real work in action, and contribute to key projects and initiatives. We tailor the programme around you, combining on‑the‑job learning with ongoing training, mentoring and structured development reviews.

As you progress, we work closely with you to understand your strengths, aspirations and long‑term goals, helping you identify the career path that aligns with your ambitions.

• Bachelor’s degree (relevant to function)
• Relevant work experience

• Prior business role or internship experience
