담당 업무:

잠재 고객에게 회사의 외환 및 CFD 상품과 서비스를 홍보합니다.

컨설팅 영업 기법을 통해 우수한 잠재 고객을 실제 거래 고객으로 전환합니다.

잠재 고객 및 기존 고객과 강력한 관계를 구축하고 유지합니다.

고객 전환율을 극대화하고 향후 판매 기회를 발굴합니다.

고객 여정 전반에 걸쳐 최고 수준의 고객 서비스를 제공합니다.

금융 시장, 거래 상품 및 업계 동향에 대한 최신 정보를 유지합니다.

회사 기준을 준수하면서 개인 판매 목표 및 KPI를 달성합니다.

필수 요건:

한국어 원어민 수준 또는 유창한 한국어 구사 능력 (쓰기 및 말하기)

외환 및 CFD 업계 경력 필수

외환/CFD 분야에서 고객 유치 또는 유지 영업 경력

뛰어난 영업, 협상 및 고객 이의 처리 능력

컴퓨터 활용 능력 및 기본 오피스 프로그램 사용 능력

목표 지향적이고 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 근무 가능

뛰어난 수리, 분석 및 문제 해결 능력

탁월한 의사소통 및 관계 구축 능력

CRM 시스템 및 거래 플랫폼 사용 경험

글로벌 금융 시장 및 온라인 거래 상품에 대한 지식
