Job Description

工作职责

人力资源数据分析与战略支持：运用 Excel、Python 等工具进行人力数据分析，结合数据科学与行为科学构建推理模型（如人力投入与业务增长关联模型），为人力资源战略决策提供依据（如人员配置、薪酬策略优化）。通过数据预测人力需求（如招聘规模、培训投入），支撑业务目标达成； 2. 组织发展与机制优化：基于前沿组织理论（，分析企业现有组织机制的优势与痛点，提出优化方案（如团队架构调整、协作流程改进）。参与组织发展项目（如人才梯队建设、文化落地），推动组织效能提升； 3. 跨文化人力资源管理凭借英语能力与海外沟通经验，协助处理海外员工相关事务（如跨文化沟通、国际化团队管理），确保全球人力资源政策的适配与落地。

任职要求

本科及以上学历应届生； 2. 心理学、组织行为科学、数据科学、管理学优先，英语可作为工作语言优先； 3. 熟练掌握Excel/Python等工具用于人力数据分析； 4. 具有变革精神，坚韧高自律，善良真诚。
