1)及时接受中国银保监会、上海银保监局、其他地方监管机构和行业协会等机构的通知文件,通过OA系统的收发文模块流转至总公司相关部门,根据公司内部各部门的分工划分工作任务,并将公司的回复及时准确的上报监管机构;
2)对于监管机构和行业协会要求回复的文件,督促责任部门按时回复或者提交文件,并审核报告的内容和质量,并在需要的情况下亲自起草和整合报告;
3)配合部门团队,组织总公司相关部门,指导分支机构,保质保量的按时完成监管机构的排查项目报告;并参与监管机构现场检查的支持工作;
4)对于监管机构和行业协会要求实施的文件,负责安排相关部门进行跟进落实;
5)作为公司OA系统收发文模块的管理员,将各项通知文件及时录入系统,督促各分支机构完成公文的系统管理;
6)做好监管机构和行业协会等的收文和发文的登记和管理工作,包括管理《中宏收发文登记表》;
7)对于监管任务中由合规部落实的文件或者紧急情况,根据既定分工或者上级经理的安排负责牵头落实,并及时汇总工作成果向上级经理汇报或求助,及时报告进展;
8)对于所负责的监管沟通专用系统,负责进行良好的系统维护和密码保存,确保公司系统接口处于运营良好的状态,并在出现意外时立即报告;
9)做好与监管机构的良好沟通,协调总公司相关部门,完成监管的会议、调研和走访工作;
10)发挥团队精神,完成领导安排的其他工作。
大学本科或以上,法律专业优先;
持有法律职业资格证书优先;
有3年以上工作经验,有法律、合规工作经验者优先;
保险等金融行业从业者优先;
具备良好的沟通能力和协调能力;
积极向上、认真负责、严谨细致、能创造性地完成工作;
有较强的分析能力和中文写作能力;
能熟练使用Word, Excel和PowerPoint等办公软件;
行为操守符合国家法律、公司职业操守及道德规范守则和公司合规部的相关规定。
