Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our INFINITI team in Al Ain. You will drive sales performance, deliver exceptional customer experience, and build long-term relationships that support customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Delivery

• Execute the full sales process from prospecting to delivery and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maximizing profitability and adhering to company policies.
• Support new customer acquisition and ensure timely follow-up to improve conversion rates.

Customer Experience & Engagement

• Provide a personalized, high-quality consultation to help customers choose the right vehicle.
• Ensure smooth and defect‑free vehicle delivery.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and contribute to Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) performance.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Report daily activities, walk‑ins, forecasts, and sales‑in‑hand to the Sales Manager.
• Share competitor insights and market updates.
• Support showroom standards (VI) and assist with launches, promotions, and campaigns.

Product Knowledge & Compliance

• Maintain strong product and competitive knowledge.
• Promote Finance & Insurance (F&I) offerings based on customer profiles.
• Complete all documentation accurately while adhering to company policies and processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in sales (automotive preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Results‑driven, customer‑focused, and able to work under pressure.
• Culturally aware and able to manage diverse customer interactions.
