Role Overview

The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies, strengthening brand presence, and supporting commercial growth across assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead brand positioning, communication, and campaign execution across markets
  • Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to support growth initiatives
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity
  • Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective execution
  • Prepare marketing performance reports and recommendations


Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the FMCG sector
  • Regional marketing exposure within the Middle East is highly preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple markets
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
