Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QC Inspector to join our quality control team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. As a QC Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all products meet our stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. This position requires a UAE National who is committed to maintaining excellence through systematic inspection, thorough documentation, and continuous process improvement.

  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of products and materials at various stages of production using established quality control procedures and inspection protocols
  • Measure and evaluate product specifications against engineering drawings and quality standards using precision measurement tools and equipment
  • Document inspection results, defects, and non-conformances in a clear and organized manner, maintaining accurate records for traceability and analysis
  • Identify quality issues and defects, analyzing root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Perform statistical analysis and trending of quality data to identify patterns and areas for process improvement
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns and implement solutions efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements throughout all inspection activities
  • Maintain inspection equipment and measurement tools in proper working condition and calibrate them according to established schedules
  • Prepare quality reports and present findings to management, highlighting trends and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Train and mentor junior inspection staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and documentation procedures


Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality control inspection or similar quality assurance role
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to identify defects and deviations
  • Proficiency in using inspection equipment and precision measurement tools
  • Knowledge of quality standards and inspection methodologies (ISO 9001 or similar)
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • UAE National (as specified in job requirements)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Technical certification in quality control or quality assurance
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS) software
  • Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis
  • Experience in manufacturing or production environments
  • Familiarity with automotive, electronics, or industrial product inspection
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
