Physiatrist – Home Rehabilitation

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Physiatrist in Al Ain. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and manage patients requiring rehabilitation care in a home-based setting, with a focus on improving functional ability, mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.

The role requires a valid DOH license and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Requirements

• Valid DOH license is required.
  

• Medical degree with relevant specialization/qualification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
  

• Relevant clinical experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
  

• Ability to assess and manage rehabilitation patients independently.
  

• Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  

• Experience in home healthcare or home rehabilitation is an advantage.
  

• Assess and manage patients requiring physical medicine and rehabilitation services.
  

• Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans based on patients clinical and functional needs.
  

• Manage patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, mobility, and functional rehabilitation needs.
  

• Monitor patient progress and modify rehabilitation plans when clinically appropriate.
  

• Coordinate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  

• Provide guidance to patients and families regarding rehabilitation goals and ongoing care.
  

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  

• Ensure care is delivered in accordance with applicable DOH requirements and organizational policies.
  

• Support a patient-centered, multidisciplinary approach to home rehabilitation.
  

Benefits

• Salary: AED 25,000 per month
