We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Boy to join our team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be efficient, professional, and supportive, ensuring that all office facilities and administrative tasks are handled with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces, including reception areas, conference rooms, and common areas
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels
• Perform general maintenance tasks and report any facility issues to management
• Assist with mail distribution, filing, and document organization
• Support office staff with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry
• Operate and maintain office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines
• Greet visitors and provide basic customer service support
• Perform errands and deliveries as assigned
• Ensure compliance with office safety and security protocols
• Assist in setting up meeting spaces and events as required

• Proven experience in an office support or similar administrative role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
