Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Boy to join our team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. This entry-level administrative support position plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be efficient, professional, and committed to providing supportive assistance to our organizations daily operations.

  • Perform general office maintenance tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and restocking office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with filing, sorting, and organizing documents and records in a systematic manner
  • Operate and maintain office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and fax machines
  • Deliver mail, packages, and documents to appropriate departments and external locations
  • Support administrative staff with data entry, photocopying, and other clerical tasks
  • Maintain office areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition
  • Run errands and perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by office management
  • Assist with setting up meeting rooms and preparing materials for office events
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management
  • Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when interacting with colleagues and visitors


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office support or administrative assistant role (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment and systems
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving items
  • Reliable transportation or ability to commute to Al Ain
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing office needs
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
