JOB DESCRIPTION — FULL-TIME HOUSEMAID (LIVE-IN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking Full-Time Live-in Housemaid for a private household in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, organized, and comfortable home while supporting routine household requirements.

The ideal candidate should be respectful, professional, physically fit, attentive to detail, and capable of following household routines and instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and general housekeeping throughout the residence.
  

• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, corridors, and other household spaces.
  

• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
  

• Make beds and change bed linen regularly.
  

• Handle laundry, including washing, drying, folding, ironing, and arranging clothes.
  

• Keep the kitchen, appliances, cupboards, and food-preparation areas clean.
  

• Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness after meals.
  

• Assist with basic food preparation when required and within the agreed duties.
  

• Organize cupboards, storage areas, household items, and supplies.
  

• Monitor cleaning and household supplies and report when replenishment is required.
  

• Assist with receiving deliveries and preparing the residence for guests when required.
  

• Use household equipment and cleaning products safely.
  

• Take proper care of household property and items entrusted to the employee.
  

• Perform other reasonable domestic duties within the agreed housemaid role.
  

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Housemaid, Housekeeper, or Domestic Helper preferred.
  

• Honest, trustworthy, respectful, punctual, and professional.
  

• Physically fit and comfortable performing routine household duties.
  

• Good personal hygiene and neat appearance.
  

• Basic English communication skills preferred.
  

• Able to understand and follow household instructions and established routines.
  

• Responsible when handling household property and equipment.
  

• Ability to respect the familys privacy and maintain strict confidentiality.
  

• Non-smoker preferred.
  

Working & Rest Conditions

• Weekly Rest: 1 paid rest day per week.
  

• Daily and weekly rest arrangements will be provided in accordance with the approved employment contract and applicable UAE requirements.
  

• If work is required on the designated weekly rest day, it will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
  

Salary

AED 1,800 per month

Salary will be paid monthly through the approved payment method in accordance with applicable UAE requirements.

Important Employment Conditions

• Mobile phone use during working hours should be limited to emergencies and appropriate rest/break periods, subject to household rules.
  

• All duties must remain within the nature of the housemaid position and the approved employment contract.
  

• Employment will be subject to applicable UAE regulations and the final approved employment contract.
