The Guest Service Officer serves as the first point of contact for guests, patients, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient service experience. This role supports front-desk operations, manages inquiries, and coordinates with internal teams to deliver high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests, patients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage front-desk operations, including registration, appointment coordination, and handling walk-in inquiries.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person queries, providing accurate information or directing requests to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and guest information in accordance with organizational policies and confidentiality standards.
  • Coordinate with clinical, administrative, and support teams to ensure smooth guest flow and timely service delivery.
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally, escalating issues as required to ensure prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in guest services, front office, customer service, or hospitality (healthcare experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and front-desk systems.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
