We are currently seeking an ambitious UAE National to be part of HSBC within the “Center of Excellence Team” in Global Trade Solutions (GTS) who will be responsible for sales support and will support the delivery of sales content and balance sheet as well as cash flow analysis. The Centre of Excellence team will equip our Sales teams to insights and analytics to have intelligent client conversations and drive working capital solutioning needs.

In This Role, You Will

• Support GTS Sales teams with deals for providing optimal working capital solutions to clients; prepare material required to support deal discussions
• Work extensively in an integrated team environment with IGP teams, GTS frontline and other key stakeholders globally
• Support global GTS teams across various industry groups including Institutional Client Group (ICG), TMT, Healthcare, Industrials, Energy, Materials & Power, Consumer, Services etc. and build industry expertise
• Responsible for conducting balance sheet and cash flow analysis in addition to some content preparation when required
• Identify opportunities in commercializing our data to improve client and colleague experience, increase revenue, improve risk management and reduce manual handling of data sourcing & handling
• Ensure strong compliance to bank policies and procedures and deliver against statutory, regulatory and legal obligations within agreed timelines
• Acquire in-depth understanding of client needs and the market, industry and business environment to propose customized working capital solutions for clients
  
  

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Good analytical skills especially in understanding company financials, economic and industry trends
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Self-motivated with initiatives to take on new and additional responsibilities
• Previous experience in customer service or a banking environment is preferred but not required.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling customer documentation at the branch counter and record-keeping.
• Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively
• A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE)
